Reporting
Monthly Report
Monthly Reports are simply to let us know how your project is
progressing (in the minimum amount of words).
Your first Monthly Report is expected one month from the project
start date in your offer letter and monthly thereafter.
You are not required to submit a Monthly Report for the
month you submit a Quarterly
Report.

The form opens in Word and on completion of project details
click on 'File' 'Send to' 'Mail Recipient' 'Send a Copy'.
Please ensure your Project Ref. and Reporting Period is stated
in the title of the email.
Please let us know of any relevant meetings or additional information.

Quarterly Report
This formal report can be downloaded here.
Your Quarterly Reports should be submitted 3 months from
the project start date in your offer letter and 3-monthly thereafter,
whether or not you are making a claim.
You are not required to submit a Monthly Report for the month you submit a Quarterly Report.
Please send your Reports to the DTI as a hard copy with your Interim Claims,
and an electronic copy to support@ictcarrier.co.uk
The quarterly report will show progress against your project plan,
highlight issues & concerns and detail any corrective action you to intend to take.
It will also track your spend profile against your project plan and will
highlight future deviances.

Final Report
The form for this comprehensive report is currently being designed and will be available for download shortly.
Your Final Report covers the whole term of your project
and should be submitted to the DTI with your Final
Claim, no later than 6 months from the project completion date
in your offer letter, unless other arrangements have been agreed.
Please send a hard copy to the DTI and an electronic
copy to support@ictcarrier.co.uk (preferably in .pdf/adobe format).
The Final Report will illustrate the work done, mapped against your project plan and will highlight
any issues that arose and the corrective action taken.
It will compare your spend profile against
your original project plan, highlighting and explaining any deviances.

Ad hoc Reports
Should your project deviate significantly from your project plan between Monthly Reports,
please email support@ictcarrier.co.uk to inform the Co-ordination Team.
