Monitoring Meetings
Start-Up Meetings
All successful projects require a Start-up meeting on accepting an offer.
Start-Up Meetings will be attended by representatives from ICT Carrier and/or the DTI,
the Lead Partner and as many other partners as possible.
Demonstration companies are not required to attend, but should be invited.
If possible, Start-Up Meetings will be held at the Lead Partners site,
at a date and time mutually convenient to those involved, but preferably
within the 1st three months of your project.
ICT Carrier/DTI will :
- Introduce themselves and the Programme
- Brief the collaborative team on claims and auditing
- Outline the requirement for reporting and monitoring meetings
- Discuss any issues or conditions specified in offer letters
It is expected that the remainder of the agenda will be set by the collaborative team

Interim Meetings
It is intended that Interim Meetings will be held six monthly from your Start-Up meeting
(if this is not possible, only one meeting per year will be held).
The ICT Carrier Co-ordinator, Lead Partner and as many project partners as
possible will attend, to review the progress of the project over the previous six months.
Interim Meetings should be held at an appropriate Partner's/Demonstration Company's site,
at a date and time mutually convenient to those involved.
The agenda should be set by the Lead Partner and be based around project progress against

Completion Meeting
Completion Meetings will be attended by representatives from ICT Carrier and/or the DTI,
the Lead Partner and as many other partners and demonstration companies as possible.
Completion Meetings should be held at an appropriate Partner's/Demonstration
Company's site, at a date and time mutually convenient to those involved.
The agenda will be based around a presentation of the Lead Partner's Final Report.
